Josef Talbert, CSCS
Josef Talbert has been involved in the fitness field for over 20 years. He received his BA in Kinesiology from U. of Northern Colorado, where he was also an athletic trainer. Joe has built an extensive list of clientele that has included professional and collegiate athletes as well as the general population. Group training is his main area of expertise and has developed the V|P Small Group Training brand.
Caleb Smetzler has excelled at sports his whole life. As a two sport college athlete (football & baseball) Caleb has a passion for fitness. He has worked with clients ranging from type 2 diabetics suffering from obesity to NFL football players, and ages ranging from 8 to 69 years old.
Carson Lemon is passionate about fitness. He has the drive and commitment to help clients reach their desired goals. Carson's experience ranges from rehabilitation to college athletes to the everyday person. He is committed to the athletic enhancement and general fitness for healthy and active lives. Carson received his B.S. from Colorado State University with a major in Health and Exercise Science
Steve Mach has been an elite personal trainer in Denver for over 20 years. Steve has worked with both Professional Athletes as well as those who have never set foot in a gym. He specializes in pre & post- rehabilitation, sports conditioning as well as general fitness.
Kelly Gulbrandsen has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She graduated from CSU with a major in Health & Exercise Sciences with a concentration in Health Promotion. She is a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. Kelly is also certified through the Peak Pilates training system. When training her clients, Kelly believes its all about balance. Pilates and weights go hand in hand to help unilaterally develop a strong body.
Kelly studied Exercise Science at University of Wisconson-La Crosse. Has worked in universities, health clubs and resorts since 1987. Passionate about all areas of health and fitness. ..with certifications in Corrective exercise, pre-post natal and restorative yoga. Lana is a Colorado native who has been personal training for 22 years! She received her BA in kinesiology from Western State University where she ran cross country and track! She offers 1 on 1 training as well as small groups, TRX training, Trigger Point, Group Classes and Speed and Agility training! Lana believes that a well rounded lifestyle includes an exercise regimen that keeps you interested and feeding your body with foods that make you feel good! Consistency is the key to making change!
