Lana is a Colorado native who has been personal training for 22 years! She received her BA in kinesiology from Western State University where she ran cross country and track! She offers 1 on 1 training as well as small groups, TRX training, Trigger Point, Group Classes and Speed and Agility training! Lana believes that a well rounded lifestyle includes an exercise regimen that keeps you interested and feeding your body with foods that make you feel good! Consistency is the key to making change!
Rob has worked in the industry for over 20 years and is famous for his boot camp style of teaching.
Kelly studied Exercise Science at University of Wisconson-La Crosse. Has worked in universities, health clubs and resorts since 1987. Passionate about all areas of health and fitness. ..with certifications in Corrective exercise, pre-post natal and restorative yoga. I believe we can all get better and stronger with stability before strength. Thrilled to be at Viking... best gym , best trainers ...best people!
Heather Rakowski has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Heather started her career teaching at Hot Mamas Exercise as a group fitness instructor. She then moved to Club Greenwood where she taught numerous classes such as: Boot Camp, HIIT, Barre, CVI and PWRFit.

NASM - Certified Personal Trainer

AFAA - Primary Group Exercise

Devin is all about Movement and Exercise! He received his bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Northern Colorado. He then worked as a chiropractic assistant where he learned so much more about the body as a WHOLE. He then would take this practical knowledge into the realm of Movement, Exercise, and Fitness because of his sports background and passion to be a strength coach. Devin has since then been in the fitness industry for over 6 years, and has worked with everyone from athletes, to kids, to the elderly. His greatest motivator is to help others find a life of health and longevity through fitness.
